Wie schön, dass Ihnen unser Hotel in Leipzig so gut gefallen hat. Besonders freut es uns, dass Sie unsere zentrale Lage, die freundlichen Mitarbeiter, das Frühstücksbuffet und auch unser Restaurant „Champions“ genießen konnten. Ihr Lob geben wir sehr gern an das gesamte Team weiter.

At the same time, we sincerely appreciate your honest comments regarding the condition of the hotel and the shower area. Guest safety and comfort are very important to us, and we will review the situation regarding the shower floor.
We are sorry that the room view did not meet your expectations. Our hotel’s central location means that some city view rooms overlook the surrounding urban landscape, and we regret that this was not clearer at the time of booking.
