Nice resort, great apartment!

+ spacious apartment , reasonably basic equipped, but fine.
+ Good sauna in the apartment
+ Beautiful surroundings with beautiful hiking opportunities
+ Beautiful view over the valley.
+ Terrace in the sun.
+ One of our party had serious medical problems, ambu deployment and eventually in the ICU in hospital. Management involvement of this park was excellent. Offered help and arranged for us to stay in the apartment as long as necessary. Just praise!

Very nice park but the wifi was mostly poor. You always had to click 2 buttons when you go on a device to have wifi, the wifi does not go by itself (connect automatically changed nothing) and the wifi you then have after clicking but then the wifi does not work I usually used my hotspot during this trip because of that. But other than that everything was very good and you have a very nice view outside.

Wonderful but watch loading car

Very nice park. 2x in apartment with nice view. Everything at hand. However, 1 big problem, is that you are very expensive with the charging stations. You also pay connection per minute on top of the already high charge price. Lost an average of 1.50 euros per quarter.

Bedankt voor je review! Fijn om te lezen dat jullie het park mooi vonden en dat het appartement met uitzicht en alle voorzieningen in de smaak viel.

Too bad for words. Dirty, dirty, dirty!

Never experienced such dirty accommodations! Number 1 everything was still dirty. Reported to reception. Because we had made 2 different bookings we move to the next accommodation after 1 night. Extra would be notified to the cleaning service that the accommodation had to be clean. You'd think it was clean, wouldn't you? Well even the hairs (!) of the previous "tenants" were in and on the bed. And again everything was dirty and badly maintained. So straight to reception and we could choose another cottage or stay and get compensation. We decided to clean everything ourselves and go for the compensation, because we would be allowed for 1 night in the other accommodation and then had to switch twice. A report would be made to the person handling these complaints and we would receive compensation. Well, you get the idea. Never saw anything of it. So eventually I emailed it myself. Conclusion; We do not receive any compensation because it is claimed that we would have received a so-called restaurant voucher and that concludes the matter according to Dormio. Indicated that we have not had a restaurant voucher at all, but they have no message. All in all, a bunch of scammers who do not keep their agreements and rent dirty accommodations for a far too high price!

The surrounding is so serene and peaceful. For a winter vacation it is also suitable as there is indoor playground and swimming pool. What I like most is there is supermarket in the resort which make us convenient to grab basic needs. Also their fresh bakeries from the market itself! Awesome trip for a big family :)
