令人惊叹的景色，友好的员工，一流的设施
我们的Sissi房间宽敞舒适，可以欣赏到湖泊和阿尔卑斯山的壮丽景色。设施很好，房间很好。酒店设有一个漂亮的spa区，设有室内和室外桑拿浴室以及一个漂亮的游泳池。早餐很棒，种类繁多。工作人员非常乐于助人和友好。

浪漫的道路上越走越远的旅行后,我们在这家酒店住了5晚,从第一次接触前台的时候我们感觉非常轻松,和之后的事情就更好了,房间里有我们需要的所有东西,客厅,特大号床,淋浴间和浴室很现代很干净,食物也是一大享受,你可以免费使用电动自行车如果你希望,但是我们租了脚踏车和骑车绕着一个很大的湖,经过可爱的草地和新天鹅堡,与风景秀丽的阿尔卑斯山,所有的酒店员工都很友好和乐于助人,我们还想让我们使用的水疗中心,桑拿和泳池,对我们来说这是一次非常愉快的经历。

culinary highlight
We felt completely comfortable in this lovingly run hotel.
The whole team is extremely accommodating and attentive.
Huge praise goes to the kitchen: Both breakfast and dinner have inspired us daily anew. We particularly loved the vegan options, which were integrated into every course – you never had to ask for anything extra! Also the lunch snack and the cake selection were rich and delicious.
At breakfast we were impressed by the homemade dips and the wide selection of Rapunzel creams. Our room was also pleasantly large and very clean.
The wellness area offers a nice mix: You can see that part of it is a bit older, but the modern sauna with the new relaxation area and the refreshing natural pool were absolutely sufficient for us and perfect for relaxing.
The fitness area is small, but with the dumbbells and the bench you can do a win full-body workout.
The whole team is extremely accommodating and attentive.

Not recommended
We were there for dinner on Good Friday. Dinner was buffet. Salads were good. The rest of the food a big disappointment. No taste at all. Hardly any spices. There was a fish dish that tasted like it had prepared a small child. Potatoes and pasta the same . 1 dessert of 3 was ok . On the whole a disaster and that for the price ..... not recommended. Never again for us.
