Perfect
Nothing to complain about regarding the staff, who are simply **exceptional and very professional**, from the lifeguard to the servers, including the hotel manager, his son, and of course the head chef.
Unfortunately, my daughter and I were sick following a meal we had at the Rodina Aquatic Park. It was around **midnight when the manager's son accompanied us to the hospital**. He was kind enough to wait with us and then take us back to our room. The next day, since we had to return to the hospital, **the manager himself came back to pick us up**. A kindness and attention that really touched us. In those moments, you realize the human value of the people around you. ❤️
The entertainment was also top-notch: **the singer on Thursday night, the clown for the kids, the foam parties at the pool…** A real success, the kids had a blast!
And what can I say about the food? **More than perfect!** We enjoyed every meal throughout our stay.
If I really had to suggest one small area for improvement, it would simply be to **communicate more about the activities offered for children**, so that families can better know the schedule and not miss anything.

Disappointed especially by the room assigned
Cleanliness 7/10 but the condition of the bedding needs to be reviewed, the sheets were worn almost transparent
No kettle in the room
My biggest disappointment was the room we were assigned above the banquet hall, wedding parties that started from 11 p.m. until dawn, imagine that you take a weekend to rest, sleep after having made the trip by road from Algiers to Oran...two nights of weddings two nights with sleep completely disrupted...never seen before a hotel adjacent to a banquet hall and without double glazing...just for that I will never set foot in this hotel again, I much prefer the Le Palme hotel in Oran which is better and at a better price
