Great place to stay, close to shops and restaurants. Very well managed site, immaculately kept. Serviced daily with a well equipped kitchen.
Things that could be improved - on booking it would be good to know which apartment block you are in, rather than just being able
To select how many bedrooms etc. Aldo, what to expect when you check in e.g. that you follow them on a mini bus up to your apartment. But overall, a very pleasant stay. Thank you

Beautiful location with views of the canal and harbor. Apartment was clean and well accessorized. There was only one face towel for two people and we couldn’t get another. The kitchen is fully equipped but they don’t supply napkins or paper towels. The info manual in the apartment was from 2018 and not up to date. I had to call to get the WiFi code.

Amazing staff. Everyone was so friendly and helpful.
Can’t recommend highly enough.
I hope we return to Cape Town again and will only stay at the Waterfront Village.

Apt pretty basic terrible balcony tucked in dark corner with cheap plastic chairs and table. Location not good we were right at the end of the waterfront furthest from restaurants and shops. Swimming pools are tiny with 3/4 random wooden loungers. Will be more careful next time I book this area.

Everything was great and they were super empathetic. They managed challenges with my son’s timing so well and always willing to help. The entire team including security is great!
