Metropol stay and MJ the Musical
Metropol good place to stay tho getting a little bit tired and in need of an update. Went to MJ musical which was excellent. Theatre is a great venue for a show.

5 star prices for a 3 star experience
An utter disappointment from start to finish and one of the most underwhelming hotel stays I have experienced at this price point. Our stay at Crown Metropol Perth was nowhere near the five-star experience we expected.
Crown Metropol Perth markets itself as a five-star hotel, but our experience fell well short of that standard. Despite calling housekeeping earlier that morning to specifically ensure our room was scheduled for cleaning, we returned at 3:00 pm to find that the room had still not been serviced. We then had to call to get someone to attend to it. This is simply unacceptable at a hotel charging the rates Crown Metropol Perth does.
The room itself was tired, worn and dated. The towels were paper-thin and had holes in them—hardly what you expect from a supposedly five-star property. There was also no complimentary bottled water in the room, another basic amenity that one would reasonably expect at this price point.
Breakfast at The Atrium was equally disappointing. Filter coffee at a premium five-star hotel is frankly ridiculous, and having to pay extra for a proper coffee felt incredibly cheap and completely at odds with the experience you would expect. The lobby also reeked of chlorine due to the pool's proximity, which was hardly a pleasant welcome.
The most disappointing aspect is that Crown Metropol Perth charges a premium price while delivering an experience that feels far closer to three-star than five-star. The service was inconsistent, the room was tired, the facilities felt dated and even basic expectations were not met.
For the price paid, Crown Metropol Perth is simply not worth it. This was an utter disappointment, and based on our experience, I would not stay here again or recommend it to others.

Our beautiful stay!!!
The location was fantastic; it was extremely beautiful at night too.
The Atmosphere was an excelent, a highlight to my 13th birthday, the cleaners made the room feel rich and special.
This one lovely lady standed out to my whole trip, her name was Valli and did a beautiful job. Her bright cheerful smile lighted up mine and my families faces.
And even gave my some handmade chocolate!
She deserves 5 stars (or even more if i could)!!!!

Made feel special
Went for our daughters birthday and had a wonderful stay. Staff at checkin were great and Valli was a stand out from the staff also making our stay extra special for our daughter. Crown is our go to for special occasions.
